Following on from your initial consultation, you’ll then be given a Boditrax scan - a system that assesses your body and quickly delivers different measurements, such as your BMI and your metabolic age, as well as your fat and muscle mass. Alongside David the Personal Trainer, you can then use those results and the targets you have in mind to set some new fitness goals and track your development.
